Prof. Dr. André Reuter is founder and president of the DTMD University for Digital Technologies in Medicine and Dentistry Luxembourg as well as chairman of the board of the European Institute for Knowledge and Value Management (EIKV) and the European Competence Centre for Digital Technologies in Health Care (EKDTG). He is editor of the internationally established scientific publication series of the EIKV.
Prof. Reuter's teaching and research focus is on information, knowledge and value management as well as on research into intangible assets. He was Professor of Strategic Information Management at universities in Germany, France and Luxembourg, founding Rector of the eufom University and the ISEC University of Economics in Luxembourg.
Reuter studied music in Luxembourg and Brussels and subsequently economics and information management in Brussels and Heidberg. There he received his doctorate with summa cum laude on quantitative computer-aided decision models.

Prof. Dr. med. dent. Ralf Rössler is founder and dean of the DTMD University for Digital Technologies in Medicine & Dentistry in Luxembourg, where he holds a professorship for interdisciplinary periodontology and prevention.
Prior to this, Rössler was Professor of Interdisciplinary Periodontology at the University of Practice in Cologne and lecturer in the Master's course in Implantology at the Steinbeis University in Berlin as well as in curricular further training courses of various state dental associations and professional societies.
After studying chemistry (Dipl.) in Heidelberg and dentistry in Hanover and Gießen, Rössler was a scientific expert. Employee and senior physician in the Department of Periodontology at the Centre for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Gießen. Head of the ZMF School of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Dentists and had a teaching position at CHARITÉ - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Benjamin Franklin, Polyclinic for Conservative Dentistry and Periodontology.
Rössler is involved in various practices with a focus on plastic-aesthetic and regenerative periodontal surgery, implantology and prophylaxis. His research focuses on the development of biomaterials and tissue engineering.
Rössler is a member of various national and international scientific associations.

Professor Dr. Daniel Grubeanu is the founder, full professor and vice dean at DTMD.
He completed his dental studies at the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt in 1996 and received his doctorate in the same year at the Department of Periodontology. In 2010 he was awarded a teaching position for implantology by the Akademie Praxis und Wissenschaft/DGI/DGZMK. In 2011, Grubeanu was appointed as a visiting professor with a lectureship in implantology at the University of Szeged. In 2014 he was appointed professor at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Idstein by the Ministry of Science and Art of the State of Hesse, for the subject "Cranio-Mandibular Dysfunctional Therapy". Prof. Grubeanu was elected President of the German Society for Oral Implantology (DGOI) in 2018 and in 2020 he was appointed Visiting Professor at the Sigmund Freud Private University in Vienna.
